About
Based in Chicago, Rachel Faul is a 21 year old singer-songwriter who found her musical calling at the age of 10 when she was gifted a ukulele for Christmas. She learned to play it from her babysitter and started singing cover songs. When she turned 15, she picked up a guitar for the first time and began her songwriting journey. From that point on, everything changed.

But back then, the stories weren’t her own. Inspired by the artists she admired, Rachel would create songs about made-up scenarios and imagined heartbreaks, learning how to build emotion into melody before she ever experienced it herself. As she grew, so did her writing. Now, Rachel draws directly from her own life — capturing the real emotions, relationships, and growing pains that have shaped her. Her songs are honest and unfiltered, with the kind of lyrics that make you feel like you’re not the only one going through it.

At 18, she started playing small festivals and events and at 19, she began recording her first single. Her debut single “Better by Now” came out in March of 2024 under Wuli Records.
Now at 21, She has 3 singles out with plans for more music to come out in the near future. Her latest single “Set It Off” came out in June of 2025, which was produced entirely by her and her brother, Jack Faul, from their childhood home office-turned recording studio.
